How does a CRO engagement work?

We start with your data: analytics, session recordings, funnel drop-offs, and heatmaps. From there we build a ranked backlog of test hypotheses, prioritizing the changes most likely to move revenue. Each cycle runs an A/B test (often an 80/20 traffic split for risk-averse brands), measures against real orders, and ships the winner.

Do you only work with Shopify?

No. Shopify is our home turf, but we run CRO programs on WooCommerce and custom stacks too. The method is platform-agnostic.

How much traffic do I need for A/B testing?

Meaningful A/B tests need volume; a few thousand sessions a month is a workable rule of thumb. Below that we lean on research-driven changes and measure before and after instead.

What does CRO cost?

Programs start around $2k/month, scaled to store size. The goal is simple: the program pays for itself in found revenue or we don't deserve the retainer.
